When you take a course from us on a partner learning management system:

When you take a workshop from us:

We deliver live workshops via Zoom.

When you sign up for a workshop, we collect your name and email address in order to register you.

We ask you for your country of residence and state in the case of US residents.

We ask for your role in government and your job role. These questions are optional.

From time to time, we conduct surveys to measure the effectiveness of our programming and their impact.

All responses to surveys are anonymized and analyzed only in aggregate form.

Pre-Workshop Polls, which ask about participants’ goals for attending, perceived challenges to adopting new tools or practices, and specific learning expectations.

Post-Workshop Surveys, which collect feedback on the likelihood of applying workshop content, perceived knowledge gains, satisfaction, and interest in future topics.

One-Month Follow-Up Surveys, which assess participants’ continued confidence, remaining challenges, and reflections on the most valuable skills or tools learned.

Three-Month Follow-Up Surveys, which gather insights on how participants have applied their learning in practice, perceived value of the workshops, and any additional feedback or examples of impact.
