About the Series

Launching January 2026

This  brings together highly rated InnovateUS workshops led by experienced public sector leaders and practitioners. The series offers participants the opportunity to engage directly with speakers whose work has resonated strongly with past InnovateUS learners, and to explore practical lessons and emerging questions grounded in real public sector experience.

Rather than focusing on a single leadership model, the series examines leadership as a set of capabilities public professionals must continually develop—from leading organizational change to influencing policy and navigating complexity. Each session creates space to reflect on how leadership shows up in day-to-day public sector work and how individuals at different levels of government can strengthen their ability to act with purpose, clarity, and impact.

Together, these workshops support public professionals who are responsible for guiding teams, shaping decisions, and contributing to institutional change—whether or not they hold formal leadership titles.

Register for the series to learn from trusted InnovateUS speakers and strengthen leadership skills for today’s public sector challenges.
