Applying the Opportunity Solution Tree Framework in Government to Drive towards Better Outcomes
Led by: Stephanie Cain
Join us for a 60-minute virtual workshop with Stephanie Cain, a Design, Research and Product consultant that works with government organizations. This training will focus on applying the Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) framework developed by Teresa Torres to government problems. Participants will learn to use the OST framework to identify a measurable outcome, map opportunities and solutions, and define experiments that will help the team learn and iterate. Additionally, this workshop will delve into cognitive biases, and how to use frameworks to make more objective and data-driven decisions. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, participants will gain practical skills to enhance their problem-solving approach and drive towards successful outcomes.
