Artificial Intelligence

What Works—and What Doesn't

Agentic systems create new opportunities but also new risks. Drawing on lessons from early adopters, this session examines what agencies are learning about reliability, privacy and security, human oversight, transparency, accountability, and governance. Participants will leave with practical principles for deciding where agents are appropriate, where safeguards are required, and how to experiment, scale, and govern agentic systems responsibly.
