Scaling Government Innovation
Many public agencies are experimenting with AI, but the harder work begins after a promising pilot. To create lasting public value, governments need ways to measure impact, sustain digital services, share what works, and build the internal capacity to keep improving over time.
In this workshop, you will explore how agencies can move from individual pilots to durable institutional capability. You will learn practical approaches for evaluating results, maintaining AI-enabled products, reusing solutions across agencies, and creating the culture and operating models needed to make innovation sustainable.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Measure the impact of AI-enabled pilots using outcomes tied to service quality, efficiency, and public value.
- Identify practices for maintaining, adapting, and sharing reusable digital products across agencies.
- Develop strategies to build a sustainable culture of innovation and continuous improvement in government.
This workshop is part of an InnovateUS Series called : AI Insourcing and the Government Product Model
